Alison Johnston is a marketing strategist and founder of Electric Alley, a consultancy helping startups, scale-ups, and service-led businesses build sustainable growth.

With over 15 years’ experience in SaaS and service marketing, Alison has led go-to-market strategies, CRM builds, and lifecycle campaigns for companies spanning tech, property, and health. She’s often the first marketer on the ground, embedding within founder teams to shape their marketing systems, scale demand, and prepare for investment or exit.

Since launching Electric Alley in 2012, she’s worked with businesses through every stage of growth—from early traction to multi-million-pound expansion—using an approach that combines strategic clarity with authentic, purpose-led storytelling.
